Daily check-ins
developed through principles of neuroscience, art therapy, and psychology, the following three one minute check-ins are designed to improve your overall wellbeing, happiness, and productivity. we recommend post-it notes for this, but any paper, sketchbook, or digital surface will work as well. note: it does not matter what it looks like to benefit :)
vision
morning
On a post-it note or other surface, trace a round object (such as the rim of a coffee mug) to create a circle. Draw a symbol or sketch of what you would like to manifest for the day. Place it somewhere you can see it throughout the day!
Resilience
afternoon
Take a deep breath in, and exhale out any stress with a pen on a surface in the form of a scribble. Transform this picture by adding in a symbol of hope or anything that feels good (ie. coloring in the spaces).
gratitude
evening/bedtime
On a post-it note or other surface, trace a round object (such as the rim of a coffee mug) to create a circle. Draw a symbol or sketch of something you were grateful for today. Let this be the last visual you see before sleep.
