For Mental Health Awareness Month, we have a special comprehensive package available in collaboration with our partnering organization Pillars of Wellness that includes 6 sessions to provide your team with valuable tools and strategies for navigating stress, building resilience, and fostering a positive work environment. The sessions include the following:

[Session 1] Types of Mental Health Therapy: Understanding Your Options for a Healthy Team

This session demystifies mental health therapy, providing an overview of various therapeutic approaches and their benefits. Participants will gain insights into how therapy can address specific workplace challenges, fostering a proactive approach to team and individual mental wellness. Learn how to identify and access resources tailored to your needs.

[Session 2] Work-Life Balance: Strategies for Sustainable Success

Navigating the demands of the modern workplace requires a strategic approach to work-life balance. This session offers practical tools and techniques to establish healthy boundaries, manage time effectively, and prioritize personal well-being, ensuring sustainable success without sacrificing professional excellence.

[Session 3] Art Therapy Mindfulness Techniques: Cultivating Calm in High-Pressure Environments:

This session equips participants with evidence-based art therapy mindfulness techniques to improve self-awareness and cultivate calm and clarity in high-pressure environments. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Art Therapist, participants will engage in simple art-making activities, using readily available materials, to be present in the moment and explore their thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal way. 

[Session 4] Music Therapy for Stress Reduction and Emotional Regulation:

This session explores the therapeutic power of music to reduce stress and regulate emotions. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Music Therapist, Participants will engage in guided listening exercises, learn simple music-based relaxation techniques, and discover how music can be used to enhance mood and promote a sense of calm.

[Session 5] Nutrition and Fitness for Mental Health: Fueling Your Energy for Peak Performance:

This session explores the vital connection between nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. Participants will learn practical strategies for incorporating healthy eating and exercise habits into their daily routines, enhancing cognitive function and promoting overall well-being.

[Session 6] Yoga for Mind-Body Connection: Finding Balance and Reducing Tension:

This session introduces gentle yoga practices designed to reduce tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate mind-body connection. Participants will learn simple yoga poses and breathing techniques that can be easily incorporated into their daily routines, promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

These sessions would be custumized to be practical, accessible, and relevant to the fast-paced and community-oriented nature of PECO's work. We are flexible with scheduling and can arrange these 45-minute sessions throughout the month of May to best suit your team's availability. The total cost for this package of 6 sessions is $5000.
