Peaceful Heart Mandala

Draw an outline of a heart. At the center of the enclosed heart space, draw a symbol or write a word to represent what you would like to manifest more of in your life to have a calm and peaceful heart (ie. openness, courage, etc). From the center out, draw designs moving outwards until your heart is filled. Can’t think of a word or symbol? Doodle within the contained space to help relieve anxiety and feel at peace.

If working as a family, frame or pin your hearts up for display in a prominent location to help manifest collective goals.

Mending a Broken Heart

Cut out a heart shaped from a paper. Crumple and mash is up to represent any hurt you may be feeling. Then, smooth it out and draw/collage on anything that represents healing and beauty.

Holding a Lonely Heart

Take a heart shaped chocolate candy box or any other box, and collage/color onto it anything that brings you comfort. When you can no longer reach out to someone due to a loss, or you’re just feeling blah about relationships and just don’t want to talk to anyone, let this be a holding space to release your thoughts and feelings so you can give those emotions the attention and love they need.
