Mondays, 12-1pm est
These workshops focus on being present in the moment and help create a sense of calm, balance, and self awareness while inspiring self expression and creativity. It’s an hour where you can take break in the middle of your day to refresh and energize. Employees only.
eco/nature
tuesdays, 6:00-7:00pm EST
These workshops are suitable for adults as well as any family member. They are a fun, creative way to tap into the restorative powers of nature for healing the body, mind and spirit. The directives can help strengthen relationships, restore balance, deepen spiritual connection, add more joy and meaning to your life, realign your critical thinking, and provide lasting personal transformation.

adult gratitude
tuesdays, 7:30-8:3opm est
These workshops are a reflective way to end your day by focusing on areas of gratitude in order to sleep better, increase empathy and resiliency, and improve your overall mood and mental well-being.
Teens
thursdays, 4-5pm est
These workshops provide a creative outlet for teens to express and explore their emotions, self discover, and learn tools to cope with every day life challenges. Teens will learn how to utilize art tools to provide a sense of calm and relief when feeling overwhelmed, view life challenges from a more manageable perspective, identify and leverage strengths to problem solve and overcome barriers, and find a deeper, more authentic connection to self and others
children
sundays, 10-11am est
These workshops are for children of all ages to ignite their imagination and creativity, engage their senses, bring a sense of calm to the body, develop, and positively impact interpretation of surroundings, mindset, and emotions.

older adults
sundays, 1-2pm est
These workshops provides older adults, including those in memory care and hospice, with tools to feel a sense of control, engage outside their bubble, communicate, reminisce, focus on what is possible rather than what has been lost, and create a sense of accomplishment and purpose. (Note: For those who have difficulty holding drawing tools, we recommend purchasing and cutting a pool noodle to hold markers inside for an easier grasp.)
