Services includes:
Custom tailored Art Therapy based workshops with a theme or set or topics that supports the values of your company and the needs of your employees and leadership, created in collaboration with your point of contact. No supplies needed other than a simple paper and pen, but participants are welcome to use anything they have available (colored markers, pencils, etc).
Collaboration with point of contact on any other preparatory work needed by your company prior to the session.
Post-workshop email communication with facilitating Art Therapist for participants who were unable to share and process their artwork during the session(s).

Mindfulness: Our team has designed a number of meditative art therapy based exercises that solicit feelings of calm and peace, as well as other benefits including but not limited to self awareness, reduced anxiety, self compassion, coping with stress and uncertainty, and balancing work, life, and emotions through art.
Emotional Intelligence: Use art as a tool to explore emotions and learn how to leverage them for burnout prevention, wellness, and growth. Art kits for employees available as an add-on specifically for this workshop, with supplies and art therapist guidance tailored to facilitate emotional exploration.

Participants are introduced to Art Therapy and the therapeutic benefits of art making.
The Art Therapist leading the workshop walks attendees through tools that can be used anytime to:

A portion of the workshop is dedicated to sharing and processing artwork with the group.
Workshops can be scheduled as a series, back to back for a full or half day event or retreat, and can use multiple modalities of the arts upon request. In-person options are also available.
Facilitator:
Shazia Siddiqi, MA, LPC, ATR-BC is the founder and CEO of Let’s Art About It, and is a nationally Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of helping tens of thousands of people use the expressive arts to self-discover, find purpose, and transform through her clinical and community work. She graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a dual Master of Arts degree in Art Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2011, and is an Adjunct Professor at WSU teaching Art Therapy Studio Methods for MA and MEd Art Therapy students. She is currently completing her PhD in Business (I/O) Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
