Let’s Art About It is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate who is an advocate for mental health and passionate about our mission to build a world where all people recognize their beauty, power, and purpose through creativity. The Sales Associate’s role is to identify and nurture opportunities to work with organizations, including but not limited to those serving adolescents, students, adults, clients in drug and alcohol recovery, palliative and hospice care, SMI, veterans, and small to large businesses. We are welcoming individuals who are flexible, charismatic, culturally sensitive, excited to bring our services to the world, and grow with us!
Let’s Art About It is a woman owned brand that has been trusted and hired by some of the largest companies in the world to help their employees, including Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Universal Music Group, Major League Baseball Network, Mitsubishi, Accenture, Deloitte, Match, and Lululemon.
Responsibilities
Find prospects and leads within different types of organizations and geographic areas determined by the management team.
Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.
Relationship and trust building with prospective customers to win new business contracts.
Identify most important sales KPIs.
Track and monitor your work.
Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants.
Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
Identify buyer persona profiles.
Prepare and present reports when needed.
Securing group therapy contracts with organizations.
Attending virtual staff meetings and activities.
Professional development as needed.
Qualifications
Prior successful sales experience.
Knowledge of the field of art therapy and its benefits, and particularly about our specific services.
Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and excellent negotiating skills.
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, video, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
