Corporate Art Therapy Workshops · Virtual & In-Person

Experiential sessions that change
how your team actually works.

Our workshops are not training events — they're structured psychological experiences. Each session is custom-designed around your team's specific challenge, delivered by doctoral and masters-level practitioners, and built to produce outcomes your team can use the next morning.

What actually happens
Each workshop is a structured psychological experience — not a presentation, not a team lunch.

Participants engage in facilitated creative processes that move complex challenges from inside the head to visible, workable form. The creative expression is the tool — it's not the point. The insight, alignment, and behavioral shift are the point.

Articulate what words can't

Complex thoughts, blocked emotions, and hidden dynamics become visible — creating clarity for decision-making and problem-solving that verbal discussion couldn't access.

Align strengths, team capabilities, and org goals

Participants clarify individual purpose and how it connects to the team's actual priorities — not just the official mission statement.

Strengthen emotional intelligence and resilience

Leaders and teams develop the capacity to regulate under pressure, communicate through conflict, and adapt without losing performance.

Translate insight into immediate action

Every session closes with structured reflection and follow-through tools — so what happened in the room doesn't stay in the room.

Energy Management for High-Performance Teams

High performers don't run out of time — they run out of energy. This workshop trains teams to manage physical, emotional, mental, and creative energy in sustainable cycles, using expressive methods to map personal energy patterns and build recovery into the rhythm of high-demand work.

Organizations that embed structured recovery into work cycles report measurably lower burnout rates and stronger sustained output than those relying on willpower alone.

Post-Layoff & Organizational Recovery

When people leave, those who remain are not fine. Survivor guilt, eroded trust, and unspoken grief don't resolve on their own — they show up in every meeting, every decision, every performance review. This session gives teams a structured, clinically-facilitated space to process what happened, rebuild psychological safety, and move forward with shared purpose rather than quiet resentment.

70% of organizational change initiatives fail — not because the strategy was wrong, but because employee emotional readiness was never built. (McKinsey)

Peer Mental Health Champion Training

The first person an employee turns to when they're struggling is rarely HR — it's a trusted colleague. This full-day training certifies a cohort of internal peer supporters in active listening, psychological first aid, and how to connect colleagues to the right resources without overstepping. Builds visible, approachable mental health support into the daily fabric of your organization — one team at a time.

Peer support programs reduce perceived stigma around help-seeking by 40% — making every other wellbeing resource more likely to be used. (Journal of Occupational Health Psychology)

Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask before booking
How much does a corporate wellness workshop cost?
Customized to meet your budget. In-person half-day workshops. Full-day intensives and multi-session series are custom-priced. All pricing includes pre-event design consultation, expert facilitation, and follow-up tools. There are no hidden costs.
How quickly can we book a workshop?
Most workshops can be confirmed within two weeks of a discovery call. For virtual sessions, lead time can be as short as one week. In-person workshops typically require 3–4 weeks for design and logistics. Book a 30-minute discovery call at letsartaboutit.com/contact to get started.
Do participants need any artistic experience?
None. Our workshops use simple paper-and-marker processes that require zero artistic ability. The creative expression is a clinical tool, not an artistic activity — and participants consistently report this is what makes it work when nothing else has.
Who facilitates the workshops?
Every session is facilitated by doctoral and masters-level licensed practitioners — including a PhD in Business Psychology, Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and Licensed Professional Counselor. Not generalist trainers. Credentialed clinicians with deep organizational and clinical expertise.
What topics can workshops cover?
We offer nine workshop categories: stress and burnout management, emotional intelligence, psychological safety and belonging, leadership identity and presence, conflict resolution and communication, virtual team building, innovation and creative problem-solving, career pathing and strengths discovery, and neurodiversity in the workplace. All topics can be combined or customized.
What size groups do you work with?
We work with groups of 10 to 1,000+ participants. Virtual workshops scale easily to large distributed teams. In-person sessions are most impactful for groups of 15–150. For very large events (conferences, all-hands), we offer keynote formats designed for 500+ attendees.
What companies have you worked with?
Clients have included Amazon, Google, Accenture, Deloitte, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Mitsubishi, Henry Ford Health System, and Corewell Health. We have served Fortune 100–500 organizations across healthcare, technology, finance, media, education, and professional services since 2019.
Are your workshops available virtually?
Yes. Our virtual workshops are delivered live via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. They require only paper and markers — no special setup. Virtual workshops are available for global and distributed teams of any size and in any time zone. Starting at $3,500.
